Volts E-Bikes Policy

Labor Rate: Service labor is billed at $79 per hour.
Bike Builds: Assembly and bike build services are billed at $125–$169, depending on the model and complexity.
Diagnostic Fee:
A $79 diagnostic fee will be charged for inspections.
If repair work is completed by Volts E-Bikes, this fee is applied toward the final labor bill.
If diagnostic service is performed but repairs are not completed by Volts E-Bikes, the $79 fee remains due.
Warranty Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the bike owner to register their bike for warranty coverage. Warranties typically cover parts only; labor costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Parts Availability: While we aim to keep common parts in stock, special orders may be required. Customers will be notified of lead times when applicable.

Deposits: A 10% deposit is required on all bike and special orders. Deposits secure your product order and are non-refundable once placed with the manufacturer.
Inventory: We strive to maintain a broad selection of e-bikes and accessories, though availability may vary by season and demand.
Payments:
Standard payment methods are accepted.
Credit card transactions incur an additional 3.2% fee to cover processing costs.
Warranty: Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only. Labor fees for warranty-related service are billed at the standard hourly labor rate.
